Accountable Heating & Cooling Service LLC provides Air Conditioning Services, Heat Pump Repair, Preventive HVAC Maintenance, Ductwork Repair, Water Heater Repair, Heating Maintenance and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accountable Heating & Cooling Service LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Accountable Heating & Cooling Service LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
